They were very nice to work with. There was a couple little things that could’ve been a little better. My sales guy was great. The car itself is OK just a lot to learn. Did not come with a manual to show how to work a lot of the stuff. But I’m learning as I go. I do not Care for the tires that are on the car and I do not like how the car vibrates and shakes as I go over a line, but I’m sure it’s a safety feature. If the car would’ve had a manual to tell the person about the car it would’ve been a lot easier. The only manual that was given to me was about the different brands of Ford escapes. It runs good. The only downfall I have is I do not like the tires. They don’t feel right on the car. The service was outstanding. More

Never had a bad experience at this . Drop off my vehicle, sitting there waiting room and watch TV, and when they're completed they come explain what they did and I pay and leave. Simple.
