Recently brought my Mach E in for a recall. They were not very helpful in diagnosing additional issues. I ended up having to figure out and let them know. My car was in there for a week. I was not kept updated. Not unless I called except for the last day. Another hour later I’m getting a loaner. I wouldn’t recommend this service department at all. More
