The beginning of the Chapman Auto Group dates back to the mid-1930’s when Roy V. Chapman Sr. started selling used vehicles from his gas and oil station. Roy V. Chapman Jr. (current retired chairman of the Chapman Auto Group),served in the Navy and fought in World War ll. When he retired from active duty, Mr. Chapman went to work at his father’s station from 1945 to 1949. Roy V. Chapman Jr. went to work for John B. White Ford at 6600 N. Broad Street in Philadelphia, PA in 1949 as a sales person. In 1962, Mr. Chapman became the owner of John B. White Ford, until 1973 when he closed the dealership and moved to its present location (Chapman Ford Sales Inc.), at 9371 Roosevelt Blvd., Philadelphia PA. In 1978, Mr. Chapman purchased his 2nd dealership, Chapman Ford/Lincoln/Mercury in Springfield, PA. Trust is important to me I have purchased 2 vehicles from Chapman that ended with good experiences and great vehicles. My third vehicle I went for was a leased car, I think m I have purchased 2 vehicles from Chapman that ended with good experiences and great vehicles. My third vehicle I went for was a leased car, I think mostly due to miscommunication and probably my lack of knowledge left me disappointed. I wrote owner of my feelings and surprisingly got a immediate response & resolve, which let me know he was listening, Now that is what I call "exceptional" customer service. Recently a (chapman) employee Mike Murray came into my place of business, I got talking about my experience, and he took time on his own free time to explain it better for me to understand how the leasing world works for a lot of people. Thanks for that. My daughter will be needing a car in the near future and I will trust & continue to be a Loyal Chapman customer. More

Best I ever dealt with Chapman was great I spoke with Dina she got my girlfriend and I the vehicles we wanted for great deals, so within 12 hours we got 2 vehicles.
