From the minute we walked in, to the end, it was very nice. Henry came up and asked if we needed assistance. We said yes so he helped us. He is very nice man. He answered all our questions. Ever since I purchased my Explorer 5yrs. ago,my experience with Chapman Ford has always been a positive one. Love the Shuttle Service when I needed it more than a few times in the past. I just completed the purchase of a new Ford F-150 at Chapman Ford tonight and on the way home I think I fell in love again. Ralph Schnitzer made my wife & me feel at home & as if we were talking to a friend of the family. This is the second new car that I have purchased from Ralph; I will never go to anyone else. I was a GM guy but not anymore - goodbye GMC, hello Ford F-150. Lastly, I would like to say that it not every day that the owner of a company takes the time to go over everything with you in a warm, enclosed facility with your fully-detailed, gassed-up new vehicle. Very very high pressure sales people. Sales person got very angry and insulted me because i couldnt do the deal the same night. I was unprepared and didnt bring my title with me.
