Great Mazda Dealer Had to replace my wife's old car since she was in a car accident. Had a pocket of cash and was ready to get a great deal. Tom was a great sales-guy. Just explained the facts of the car. JR the sales manager sat with me to go over price and even showed me the invoice numbers for the car to show me I was getting a great deal on the car. Within a few hours my wife drove away in a brand new Mazda CX3. Tom and JR saw us off and made sure we didn't have any questions before we left. Now I just have to convince my wife to let me trade in my Nissan for a Mazda. I will be back to Chapman for my next car purchase. More

I previously leased a 2014 CX-5 which I loved and I know I will be equally pleased with the new SUV. Both Greg and JR were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and detailed in their explanation of the SUV I leased. They were very accommodating to my questions and concerns. Greg is an incredible salesperson and I trusted and felt comfortable with his explanations and demonstration of the SUV I ultimately leased. JR is an excellent manager and worked with me on getting the "numbers" just right so that I could drive off the lot with my new SUV. My experience as a whole was exceptional, Greg, who leased me the car could not have been anymore attentive, concerned at all times if I was comfortab My experience as a whole was exceptional, Greg, who leased me the car could not have been anymore attentive, concerned at all times if I was comfortable while we waited on the results of my approvals, he kept us busy and did not push any vehicle on us, walked us through the entire parking lot, describing every car we asked about, test driving and being completely honest about the #'s we were up against as oppose to just trying to sell us anything to make a buck. WHEN I GOT DISCOURAGED, HE BROUGHT ME BACK UP TO SPEED IN CONFIDENCE, never letting me believe I couldn't get in the car I wanted. he worked extremely hard and I felt I was the only person in the showroom buying a car, although I wasn't, he made me feel that way, never making me feel unimportant. Top notch customer service, LOVED HIM....... I cannot forget to mention Joe, I believe he was the manager, he remained hands on from the beginning till the end. Although I felt he was the man in charge, while professional, he kept me smiling and assured me that he would come through and work hard on what I wanted. He never got off that computer with exception of coming over to make sure I was comfortable, needed anything to drink,eat, while I waited. Both these gentlemen spent the entire afternoon, early evening putting me in the vehicle I wanted, I could have settled for something else on the lot but they did not let me settle. Both worked hard and put me in that Mazda 3. Im grateful and so happy I got these two REPS to take time out with me because they were truly an amazing tag team of talent. They are both equally the best at what they do. Mazda should be proud to have them. It was raining, not really the most pleasant day to come outside to sell a car but that didn't deter our salesman, Greg Rawlings. He was friendly and showed us the jeep without trying to feed us any blarney. He gave us time to make our decision without pushing us. He was understanding and took his time answering our questions. I must say, due to personal issues I was not the happiest or most pleasant customer, but he had patience of a saint. Buying my jeep was the best experience I've ever had at any car dealership.
