He right away prepare the paperwork. While waiting, he offered soda and crackers which surprised both of us. After 2 hrs, we're done and I told him to get the vehicle next day because we still have our vehicle drive home. By surprised again, he insisted to bring the vehicle to our home to Somers Point. He even demonstrated the Navigation, and Communication functions, programmed my favorite AM / FM / Serious XM stations and addresses and thoroughly familiarized all functions of the new vehicle, so I was completely at ease driving home. From previous experiences, I'm also completely satisfied about their service department, which does the regular maintenance in a most expedient fashion in caring for my vehicle. The lounge and waiting area is beautifully appointed and even the coffee tastes great ! More
