Excellence in every sense of the word After buying a car from a local used car dealer and my husband and daughter almost getting killed in their "Mechanic Certified" car, we went to Chapma After buying a car from a local used car dealer and my husband and daughter almost getting killed in their "Mechanic Certified" car, we went to Chapman Ford to purchase another vehicle. From the moment we walked in the showroom doors we were treated like long time friends. Our salesman Juan was patient and understanding and found us a vehicle we could afford. They showed us the list of problems that were found with the car and we negotiated to have them fixed. Bruce, the used car manager was understanding of our concerns after the last disaster buying a car and assured us that the repairs would be made. We brought the car back for the repairs and were given a rental because they expected the repairs to take longer than they thought. The following day we went and picked up the car and the repairs had all been done. I can not say enough about the dealership, they went above and beyond and we were so pleased we went back two weeks later and purchased another vehicle from Juan. If you are looking for a used or new car this is the place to go. More
