SALES AND SERVICE- SO FAR SO GOOD PURCHASE: Buying experience was very quick. I walked in, told Dina what I wanted, she took me out to the lot, and the first car I saw I bought. It was exactly what I wanted and I didn't need to look further. The finance process was quick as well. I was out before lunch time on a Saturday! The only thing I wish I had done, was to do more research on bluebook values, and additional costs. When I went to buy the car my payments are now about 30.00 more a month than I can afford. I made it clear when I told them what I was looking for that I had to keep my payments to a certain amount. I can understand if it's about 10.00 more, but 30.00 is a bit much, especially since I am retiring next year and will be on a fixed income. There were so many fees and upcharges for things I never even thought about. That problem is my own fault for not researching more about car buying. SERVICE: I had my 2014 Escape for two weeks when the check engine light came on and there was a wind tunnel coming from somewhere on the front passenger side. I was really upset, thinking I had bought a lemon. Service was great though (Kevin Rankin). Got me right in, got me a rental and sent me on my way within half an hour. Granted they kept my car a little longer than I anticipated, but I didn't really care because I had a rental. I wanted them to fix it properly and not rush because I was being a pain. I picked the car up yesterday and everything seems to be fine. I thought when I picked the car up I would have to wait at least an hour to process and return the rental; NOPE, I just walked in, gave Kevin the key and he gave me my receipt and told me where my car was. I was shocked. My review is entitled "So far, so good" because I know things can change in a heart beat. But for now, I am thrilled with my car and with the whole buying and service experience. More

A fair deal, pleasant staff,incredible online rep The main reason we even went to Chapman was due to Linda in the online sales finding the right vehicle for us. This was the one if the best deals within 35 miles. We were offered better deals in the Philly area but not by much. This was my second purchase at Chapman. First experience 5 years ago was awkward this time it seemed better. Salesman my wife and I dealt with was Dave Reyes, nice guy and professional. He even said it was his day off and came in just to help us complete the sale. Unnecessary, but very much appreciated. My only suggestion for them is to suggest a test ride and a look at the vehicle before pushing to sign paperwork. My wife had to ask to see vehicle while paperwork was sitting in front of her. Iam glad she did because there was a pinstripe that we did not like. Also, the interior is a very light tan we did not know how light the color was prior. The pinstripe was removed quickly with courteous efficiency. By the way , the detailer was very good in his work. He even asked if the car looked acceptable. All other aspects in regards to the vehicle met expectations. I feel the upper mgmt feels that there should be an emphasis on customer service. The head manager understand that's what keeps people returning.For that reason , we would highly recommend the dealership. I will report any further dealings going forward. More
