Trade In Pricing A Joke My wife and I went to possibly trade our Nissan Rogue in on a 2017 Mazda CX-5. We figured we would be a little upside down on the trade, considering this is a car dealership. So they come back and offered us literally half of what kbb, and nada said our car's trade in value was. I laughed so hard I fell out of the chair. Then the guy comes back with a manager and ups the trade in by two grand, and says if we do a lease on a CX-5, it will only be $560 a month because we are upside down!!!!!!!!!! I used to be in the buisness, I get the holding back on trades, but this is absurd! For a Mazda not a Ferrari over $500 on a lease! And a CX-5 sport, the bottom tier of options.......We immediately left and are just going to keep our car. Mind you our car doesn't even have a scratch on it, and is a 10 out of 10 for condition with under 50k miles. Never again. What a waste of time. And the Mazda "showroom" isn't a showroom, its a lobby area with cubicles and people standing around doing nothing. We waited at least 10 mins to even be spoken too and there were no other customers!!!!! Not even offered a beverage! Awful! More

After several test drives and vehicle demos we were thrilled to take delivery of a new 2017 Lincoln MKX. We know how much it would cost from TRUECAR. Alan Huscher took time to show us all of the available Explorers and going through the options. We picked the one that we liked and told Alan that we didn't want to waste his time or our time. We asked him to give us his best pricing. A moment later, Alan came back with a new price that was almost what we thought it should be. Alan again walked us through the paperwork with ease. I truly felt that at Chapman I got all of these: good pricing, professional courtesy, no-pressure sale pitches, and a group of very knowledgeable sale associates like Alan Huscher. More

Over Priced / Low Quality I wrote a review back in oct 2015 when I first purchased my vehicle. Now a year and a half later I'm stuck with a car which now needs a new transmissi I wrote a review back in oct 2015 when I first purchased my vehicle. Now a year and a half later I'm stuck with a car which now needs a new transmission. After purchasing the vehicle from this dealship and paying over $1,400 for repairs two months ago they now are quoting an astronomical amount for a rebuilt transmission. This early into owning the vehicle I would have never guessed such a major repair would have to be preformed. They didn't do much to help and still squeezed every dime out of me they could. I honestly hoped they would be a little more helpful to a customer who purchased and repaired my car through them. I will not be doing any further business with this dealership. They are over priced for low quality vehicles. Waste of money. Try other dealerships before you settle for this one. Digested and disappointed! More
