The beginning of the Chapman Auto Group dates back to the mid-1930’s when Roy V. Chapman Sr. started selling used vehicles from his gas and oil station. Roy V. Chapman Jr. (current retired chairman of the Chapman Auto Group),served in the Navy and fought in World War ll. When he retired from active duty, Mr. Chapman went to work at his father’s station from 1945 to 1949. Roy V. Chapman Jr. went to work for John B. White Ford at 6600 N. Broad Street in Philadelphia, PA in 1949 as a sales person. In 1962, Mr. Chapman became the owner of John B. White Ford, until 1973 when he closed the dealership and moved to its present location (Chapman Ford Sales Inc.), at 9371 Roosevelt Blvd., Philadelphia PA. In 1978, Mr. Chapman purchased his 2nd dealership, Chapman Ford/Lincoln/Mercury in Springfield, PA. What I had done was done well. I felt that 21 text messages from start to finish was excessive. I also felt that $138 for an oil change and tire rotation was too pricey. Recently brought my Mach E in for a recall. They were not very helpful in diagnosing additional issues. I ended up having to figure out and let them know. A short call to ford and google search They were not very helpful in diagnosing additional issues. I ended up having to figure out and let them know. A short call to ford and google search and I avoided their $180+ diagnosis fee. I will stick to Causeway in Manahawkin. More

My car was in there for a week. I was not kept updated. Not unless I called except for the last day. Also when I took my car the first day I was not aware that I had to schedule a l I was not kept updated. Not unless I called except for the last day. Also when I took my car the first day I was not aware that I had to schedule a loaner. I was told she was checking with management. Two hours later she said they would be done soon. Another hour later I’m getting a loaner. I wouldn’t recommend this service department at all. More
