Lmk of streamlined communication I brought my car in twice because it was shutting off while driving and was told the first time nothing could be found wrong. The second time I was to I brought my car in twice because it was shutting off while driving and was told the first time nothing could be found wrong. The second time I was told it was the fuel pump. My engineer boyfriend said my car would start when he adjusted the battery every time it shut down. We wanted to wait and see if we could fix it before shelling out $600. My car shut down the next week and I brought it in. The first time I called on Saturday to ensure it was getting looking and I was told someone would get back to me. No one called me back after three hours. I had to call two more times to explain I had dropped it off. Each time I talked to someone they had no record of my previous calls. I had to call to check and see if my car was finished and lo and behold it was an $11 fuse that needed to be replaced not the fuel pump. There is a complete lack of communication and organized customer service here. I will never buy another Ford again and I tell everyone to avoid buying them. More

My current service station would have done the same 20k check for no fee and I would be charged for rotation. This package is a joke. Also car needed a part painted in the body shop and service Rep Jerry said he’d call when it was ready, after a week I followed up and it seems this body shop paint job was never initiated...I paid the 100.00 deductible...service department didn’t seem to follow through. Not happy, will stick to the great service I receive from my guys at Firestone in Lancaster city. Also...why can’t you wash the car when in for service...this isn’t offered at a Dealership??Chapman you have a lot to learn in the service industry. More
