came with leaking tire. Handled and fixed in short time. I came in with a tire problem. Service took my car right away and had problem taken care of within 30 minutes and had me on my way. Warranty Job Came in to have buttons on my steering wheel fixed under warranty. While being serviced my battery all the sudden went dead, told me the battery didn' Came in to have buttons on my steering wheel fixed under warranty. While being serviced my battery all the sudden went dead, told me the battery didn't have enough amps to start. It was perfectly fine upon taking it there never had issues previously. Advisor tried selling me a battery, which I passed on. Upon leaving I took my car elsewhere (2minutes up the road) to have the battery tested - battery was perfectly fine. Clearly, they were out to make money off a customer just because my battery was supposedly the original and they only last 4 years (same age as my car). Even if my battery did go dead while in their service, they should be held responsible. Not sure I will remain a customer here. More

Car Broke Down- Mike came to the rescue! My car broke down and it was towed to Chapman. When I called in the morning Mike told me no problem and tell them to bring it over now and come see m My car broke down and it was towed to Chapman. When I called in the morning Mike told me no problem and tell them to bring it over now and come see me. Mike immediately stepped in and made me a priority. He kept me informed throughout the day with my specific issues and pricing - so no surprises! He even asked if I needed a ride somewhere. I have never been asked that before but in my opinion, that is going above and beyond and I really appreciated him asking. End result, he got the parts in SAME day and I picked it up that evening. Thank you Mike for making me a raving fan! More
