First service visit This was my first service appointment at Chapman Ford. I worked for another Ford Dealer in another state for a number of years, and I was very disapp This was my first service appointment at Chapman Ford. I worked for another Ford Dealer in another state for a number of years, and I was very disappointed with the level of customer service that I received. I had to ask who my Service Advisor was, and at that point they did not even greet me just shot me a look. I understand that they were busy, but a simple acknowledgement goes a long way. I also did not receive any updates the entire time that I was there waiting. My Salesman was able to help me and is the only reason that we will return to Chapman. More

Professional and knowledgeable Although they were busy, the man came out to my vehicle and spoke with me about my truck. He actually took time to listen to what I had to say. Almost 5 stars I was pleased with the way I was promptly and courteously contacted about forgetting to leave my insurance info for inspection, and informing me of so I was pleased with the way I was promptly and courteously contacted about forgetting to leave my insurance info for inspection, and informing me of something else that needed attention. The work was done relatively quickly, and picking up the vehicle was no problem. My only concern was with the lack of signs to direct people who are unfamiliar with the new facility, as I think that would really help to put people at ease, and make it safer. More
