Drove my truck down for an appointment to fix a faulty camera on a brand new Raptor. Also scheduled an appointment for a protective coating on the paint but was told I did not qualify for it. Salesman said I had three months to get the coating but turned out it was a lie. Went to pick up my truck after it was finished only to be disappointed they didn’t even run a hose over it. When I entered the door I was acknowledged with courtesy and friendliness. They set me up with a rental car. Greg Schultz explained what would happen and kept me up to date on what was happening. There was a sign on the door requiring masks by Gov Wolf. None of the employees wore a mask covering their noses. Other customers were maskless in the waiting area.
