Chapman Ford Service Department Friday I had an appointment at the new location of Chapman Ford in Lancaster PA. Beautiful building and great set up at the service department. Mike D Friday I had an appointment at the new location of Chapman Ford in Lancaster PA. Beautiful building and great set up at the service department. Mike Delaney was who helped me and was extremely courteous and helpful. Mike was able to answer questions I had and very helpful. The waiting area is fabulous! Very comfortable seating and nice big TV’s. The service area was very busy but everyone was accommodating and helped keep the customers moving in and out. When the truck was done they pulled it in under the breezeway and again very accommodating. Great job to everyone. Anyone looking for a great place to purchase or get service on your vehicle, you have to give Chapman a try....you will love it. Terrific service experience at Chapman Ford of Lancaster. However Chapman Ford did not obtain a second key for us for the vehicle and would not stand behind in providing one .
