Upon my first arrival there I was simply looking around the lot for a car that would replace my dying '06 Mitsubishi Outlander. A sales rep Mike Tufano approached me as I drove around and asked if he could be of any help. I explained to him what I was looking for and within minutes I was test driving a 2012 Ford Escape. It was the perfect fit for my driving needs and I was more than pleased with Mike's help in the process. He was very accommodating throughout the process, bringing the car to their Columbia location so I could compare it side-by-side with a similar vehicle, rescheduling our appointments without a problem, and overall being very personable and friendly throughout. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Mike to anyone of my friends or family! More

So I went back and was Looking around once more a salesman came out I told them I was working with Katie and He went away and told Katie I was there. She came out and reintroduced herself we talk and she said any questions I will be inside witch was good. I went in and asked her if we could talk a Ride in a truck she said Ya let me get the key. We walk to the Truck and couldn't get it out so she went back to get the Blocked Car Keys and always had a smile on. We drove around and talked about the Truck. Went back and put some money down on the Truck. I went and called my Bank and Had a Bunch of Problems Katie was off that day. She was Dealing with the Bank so that I could get into this Truck.
