Fast service I made an appointment for an oil change and needed to wait for it. I expected to be there for quite a while and expected there would be other things I made an appointment for an oil change and needed to wait for it. I thought, gee haven't they even started, yet? But it was finished! No extra things needed to be done. Very fast. Very friendly. Comfortable place to wait, complete with coffee. Just moved to Lanc My father and I just moved to the Lancaster area and we received a recall on his vehicle. After his 2011 Fusion was repaired, I asked if my 2018 Fusi My father and I just moved to the Lancaster area and we received a recall on his vehicle. After his 2011 Fusion was repaired, I asked if my 2018 Fusion could be looked at for a possible warranty issue. We all got a laugh to find out that although I have a back up camera, this particular package did not include any alarms to notify me if i am backing too close to something. We did not know this, lol. The staff was professional, attentive and definitely has a sense of humor!! Would def recommend!!! More
