I totally trust these guys My Ford Edge is now almost five years old with 55,000 miles. Every service has been done at Chapman and it’s never run better. Only feedback is that I dropped car off Thursday and was not serviced until Monday and I needed to be proactive to check back in with them to see if it was complete. IT was at that point they realized it was not complete and corrected it asap and were extremely professional/apologetic about the situation. They completed the job and then were great on the back end to make sure I was happy with the service and experience with Chapman. More
