TO BE HONEST I'M ALWAYS A LITTLE HESITANT TAKING A VEHICLE TO I BROUGHT MY TRUCK INTO CHAPMAN TO HAVE A RECALL COMPLETED AND SOME DIAG WORK PERFORMED. TO BE HONEST I'M ALWAYS A LITTLE HESITANT TAKING A VEHICLE TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AS I AM A SERVICE ADVISOR MYSELF FOR A BMW DEALER AND DO MOST OF MY OWN WORK MYSELF OR HERE IN HOUSE. WITH THAT SAID JERRY WAS EXCELLENT. HE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE MY TRUCK WAS BEING TAKEN CARE OF AS IF I WAS THE WRITER. THE WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND JERRY KEPT ME INFORMED ON ITS PROGRESS. THE ONLY MINOR CRITICISM I HAVE IS THAT RADIO AND SEAT SETTINGS SHOULD NEVER BE CHANGED IN CLIENTS VEHICLES- MINE WERE.
