Eric did a great job in offering the vehicles with options that I wanted. He was the first one to find the perfect car for us, (Ford escape, 2020 with 24000 miles. John Hatzis and their General Manager, Jason were great to work with! I also had a pleasant time speaking with the Sales Manager Ryan about Hybrid vehicles and a lot of people’s anxieties about switching t to work with! I also had a pleasant time speaking with the Sales Manager Ryan about Hybrid vehicles and a lot of people’s anxieties about switching towards plug-in and electric vehicles as time goes on. I was able to work with Jason on building a fair, reasonable deal that benefits both sides quite well on a brand new 2023 Ford Escape PHEV and I couldn’t be happier! Their protection plan is very robust versus other local dealerships and includes a lot of great protection at a very reasonable price. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience and I love my new Escape! More

My niece recently bought a new Ford Escape at Chapman Ford Lancaster. Her salesman was Aaron Hawbaker and he was the perfect salesperson. Answered all questions about the vehicle she was interested in, a Ford Lancaster. Her salesman was Aaron Hawbaker and he was the perfect salesperson. Chapman of Lancaster is a great place to get an F150. I have been working with Erik Janco for the last few months to get an F150.
