Chapman Ford is the best! I dealt with Mike, not Jerry or Kyle this visit and he was great. I was very lucky that my battery died in my garage, not on the road. AAA got my I dealt with Mike, not Jerry or Kyle this visit and he was great. I was very lucky that my battery died in my garage, not on the road. AAA got my car going for me and I dropped it off with Mike. It turned out that I had replaced the battery last May so it was under warranty so there was no charge for a new battery. Mike was very thorough and helpful. This is why I go back to a Ford dealer to take care of my car. Thank you. More
