I purchased a used Audi from them. They kept their promise to repair the check engine light, and deliver the car to my home. I would have liked the opportunity to chose to either purchase their in- promise to repair the check engine light, and deliver the car to my home. I would have liked the opportunity to chose to either purchase their in-house warranty or not, rather than them including it on the final purchase invoice without my knowledge. I am totally satisfied with Chapman Ford as I have been for several years. However, I am totally disappointed in the Ford brand. The car that we just had serviced is a 2016 Ford Fusion that we purchased at for several years. However, I am totally disappointed in the Ford brand. The car that we just had serviced is a 2016 Ford Fusion that we purchased at Chapman. It needed a new engine. This car has turned out to be a lemon as we have also had to replace the transmission recently as well. When I contacted Ford they told me that the engine AND transmission in this year of the Fusion were defective. Did they offer some compensation to help with repairs. ABSOLUTELY NOT. THEY DIDN'T CARE AT ALL. Needless to say we have purchased our last Ford. I will continue to use Chapman for service on our existing Fords but when the time comes to replace them we will be switching brands. More
