Everything went smoothly.. The repair job looked like new. I was rear ended while stopped at a red light. The repair took about 4 days longer than estimated.. It was explained to me that one of the parts needed come in damaged and another part had to be ordered.. After the explaination I was okay with the delay. They people that I interacted with at Chapman were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend to others. The last three cars we bought were from Chapman Ford of Lancaster. Ken More

"The Works" performed Great service as always. Only comment is more employees need to wear a mask or at least wear one properly. Jack & Tori had theirs on, but on the showr Great service as always. One thing leads to another. 3 hours from home, I needed service. With the help of these wonderful people my disaster turned into a great experience. With a frozen engine, there 3 hours from home, I needed service. With the help of these wonderful people my disaster turned into a great experience. With a frozen engine, there was no way I could make it home. The knowledgeable and reassuring staff patiently explained my options to me and helped me purchase a new vehicle in record time.
