I am very transparent and upfront with my needs in the search for a vehicle and Dashawn was able to recognize my needs and worked with me every step of the way. I live an hour away from this dealership and plan to continue to do business with them because the hour drive is worth the experience to me. Dashawn never made me feel pressured about anything and was very accommodating. Also I think the Finance Manager Mike Mumma deserves a shout out as well. Typically I dislike dealing with Finance Managers because of the overselling and pressure felt when completing the deal but Mike Mumma was also a pleasure to work with. He was personable and friendly, which made the final experience perfect. There was no pressure from him. He and Dashawn ensured that they had everything needed so that I could sign all of the paperwork as quickly as possible. I appreciate them and this dealership for making the numbers work for me to ride out in my 2019 Ford Edge. I highly recommend Chapman Ford of Lancaster if you are in the process of purchasing a vehicle. More
