Honest and Understanding Recently with winter hitting hard I decided it was time to buy a 4 wheel drive SUV to drive in the winter instead of my rear wheel drive car. I sta Recently with winter hitting hard I decided it was time to buy a 4 wheel drive SUV to drive in the winter instead of my rear wheel drive car. I started my search at Chapman and was greeted by Tony. I explained my current needs and what had brought me to Chapman. Tony listened and respected this would be a second vehicle, he only showed me used cars like I had ask. After spending close to an hour looking at the used inventory a Ford Expedition became the front runner. Tony was helpful in getting all the specs I was interested in knowing. When I left Tony knew I was headed home to do some internet research and price shop. It turns out I found a similar Expedition with less miles in the same price range. I called Tony the following day to explain what I found and tell him I would not be buying the vehicle at Chapman. Tony could not have been anymore understanding which led me to write this review. Even though I didn't buy my Expedition through Chapman I will be taking it there for service and repairs all based on the customer service I received when shopping. Ultimately, Tony helped me decide on my Expedition so he deserves the credit. When it is time to vehicle shop again I will be going to Chapman first! More

Wonderful First Car Buying Experience Buying a car can be scary but with the help of their friendly and knowledgeable staff we found exactly what I needed, in my price range and even a man Buying a car can be scary but with the help of their friendly and knowledgeable staff we found exactly what I needed, in my price range and even a manual transmission. I recommend Eddie their technician, He is one of their best, very smart, trust worthy, fast and does amazing quality work. They don't cover up issues, they fix them so they don't happen again. I got this car last summer and i love it, It's everything i could have needed and more in a vehicle. I was never the type to take my car to the dealership but after my experience at Chapman ford, i wont be taking my car to anyone else. Thanks for all your help! More

Liars Jon the sales manager quoted me a price for a 2016 Edge Sport for 41,762 Out The Door. When I went in to pick up the car he had changed the price to Jon the sales manager quoted me a price for a 2016 Edge Sport for 41,762 Out The Door. When I went in to pick up the car he had changed the price to over a thousand dollars more and then claimed that we had never agreed on the previous price. I was literally holding a copy of the invoice of the car with his hand writing. I would recommend New Holland Ford. Not only did the meet the price that Chapman offered but the beat it. More

I was in an accident and broke my ankle (im healing wonderfully thank you), Pat drove every vehicle to the front of the building so i wouldn't have to walk far and held open every door! Chivalry Isnt dead! During the test drives Pat was professional, courteous,and enjoyable! *I have been looking for awhile so I have dealt with many salespeople who were rude, pushy or made the whole car buying process so uncomfortable. This was NOT the case at Chapman Ford. Pat was great, my car is awesome and my experience was wonderful!!!! If you need a car, truck, or suv go to Chapman Ford and ask for Pat you wont be disappointed!!! More
