Great customer service throughout the entire exprience! I recently stopped into Ford to have my previous car serviced and decided to take a look at options for my next lease as the current lease was about t I recently stopped into Ford to have my previous car serviced and decided to take a look at options for my next lease as the current lease was about to end. Jared was the sales person that greeted me and showed me around. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He answered every single one of my questions and really worked to find the best deal for me. I came back a few days later to test drive a few more cars with my boyfriend before making a decision. Jared was understanding of my inability to make a decision. He allowed me to test drive both the Escape and Edge and thoroughly explained each of the vechiles features. I took that evening to make a decision and got back to Jared the next day with the decision to lease a new Edge. On delivery day, Jared was organized and extremely helpful. Throughout the entire process Jared made me feel like family. I would highly recommend Jared to anyone looking to buy or lease a ford. I am currently on my 5th Ford lease and can honestly say I could not be happier with the customer service I received from both Jared and the Chapman Ford staff. More
