The service writer coordinated everything flawlessly. Called Eric my go to in service after breaking a windshield on my 2018 Grand Cherokee, had it replaced, requires a dealer recalibration procedure. Reviewed the vehicle history reminded me that an oil change was nearly due, and recommended a rotation prior to the immediate trip requirement that precipitated the rush to complete the windshield repair. I didn't really know how long it would take so I decided to call the service department for an estimate. I spoke to a John and he said it would take "all day". I don't think it was an unfair answer and I didn't expect an exact time frame but maybe he could've asked someone and get me a better response? I'm just trying to schedule my life around your inconvenience sir... So I decided to reschedule thinking maybe he could help me since I believe he was my assigned advisor (my confirmation said it was a John Otero, I don't know if they're the same person but I'm pretty pissed at this point so I don't want to find out). He advises me to go online and do it. I'm very tech able but buddy, I already got you on the line, why not give me that great customer service so I can tell my friends about you? I only use this dealership because of convenience to where I live but I would NEVER deal with you guys unless I had to, let alone buy my next car from you. More

Chris Leoni sales manager very rude and when asked for a straight answer on financing, couldn’t give one and deferred to belittling me and hung up mid conversation. As if there weren't enough chaos going on in the world currently. Well now my Jeep temporary plate is expired. With no assistance in reissuing another, somewhere things have been lost in translation. Given a major run around but they receive payment with no run around. They were called to see if they could help in some kind of way yet we were told we only issue 1 temp license plate. Great, thank you very much!!! More

Lucas Schwartz was the technician who did the service. He returned the car clean and the radio was still on my channel at the same volume I left it at when I got out of the car. (I've been blasted out of the car before , more than once, by workers who think they should test the volume on a rock station while they worked on my car.) Thank you Lucas. I am very happy with the service that was performed and the inspection results. I recommend Chapman to others and will be going back. More

He sent me text messages, updates, and the customer service I received was outstanding. Although no one wants to have to bring their car in for an issue, John made sure I was taken care of and looped in on every little thing. I appreciate him and their team very much! More

Warranty Service We dropped off a customers 2016 Dodge caravan to replace a bad hub bearing . We only took it back to the dealer because it was covered under warranty. We dropped it off on the 19th so the repair could be started on the 20th. Jan 2nd we finally received a call that the vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. Being a small business owner I understand it was the holiday season but we are only talking about a half hour job. I have never done a review but I felt like I needed to let other folks know . More
