I originally chose this dealership for service because I bought my vehicle from them. I liked being able to schedule appointments online also. The reason I kept going back was because they kept sending me bought my vehicle from them. I liked being able to schedule appointments online also. The reason I kept going back was because they kept sending me discouonts on scheduled service! They even sent me a $9.99 oil-change for life card! They also washed my car after my last service, they didn't mention that to me so I guess it's something they do all the time. In all this dealerships service department seems to be all about customer service and retention. More
I have been doing business with the Chapman family for approximately 15 years. We purchased all of our vehicles both personal and business through Renate Steinbach. Our service advisor at Chapman Dodge is David Flores who is an excellent person that we can trust, and our service advisor @ Chapman BMW is Michael Valenzuela who we are still getting to know, but seem to be a nice person. Both Dave and Tina were helpful and worked to be sure that the service on my car was completed in a timely fashion; Tina has a lovely policy of an "open door" which makes her accessable to clients with w that the service on my car was completed in a timely fashion; Tina has a lovely policy of an "open door" which makes her accessable to clients with whatever questions we may have. I have been a client of David's for several years. His interest and enthusiasm seem genuine and it's a treat to work with someone you can trust. The quality of service is outstanding and the staff is very experienced, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The shuttle drivers are excellent and they get me to work quickly and they consistently arrive on time to pick me up. This is by far the best car dealership that I have every done business with. More
Took 2001 Jeep Wrangler in for diagnosis of engine misfire problem. While driving or even at times while idling at a stop light, engine starts a serious misfire condition. Appears to go into a "limp m misfire problem. While driving or even at times while idling at a stop light, engine starts a serious misfire condition. Appears to go into a "limp mode" if there is such a thing. Engine must be shut down and restarted. Chapman tech determined that the onboard computer was bad and needed to be replaced. After paying $1,084 for the repair, when I drove the vehicle back to my office the engine still had the same misfire condition. Therefore, I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of service I received. Since the original report, Chapman has volunteered to do more work on the vehicle at no charge to attempt to rectify the problem. The vehicle still has the problem after the additional work by Chapman. However, they discoverd a 7 year old service bulletin that relates to this problem and states that a valve job or new head is required to remedy the situation. More

I purchased my 2004 Dodge truck from Chapman Dodge. I have been thru 4-5 service advisors over the years, Dave Flores is by far the best one I have worked with. He always keeps me informed of what is being done and the progress of the repairs. If its do for any kind of service he always lets me know when I'm in for an oil change PLUS he always returns my phone calls. I allways recomend Chapman and Dave to my friends and coworkers. More
Left grease spots on interior of car -- not noticed until I had left the dealership. Likely cause was grease on cap or head of service tech (on headliner near driver door) -- may have also been on hand as e I had left the dealership. I purchased my Jeep in 2004 and have enjoyed the Jeep very much. This was my first experience with Chapman Service and since I always go to the dealer I wish I had gone there sooner.
