We bought our Dodge Dakota from Linda Brock Dodge Bmw in 1990. We had a problem with a screw puncturing the gas line below the floor board. When we arrived at the dealer to see about warranty work we were made to feel like we were guilty of putting the screw in the floor board ourselves. David Flores stepped in and made the situation right and had our truck repaired. Ever since we have had great customer service,excellent quality of work,always a smile and meant to feel like we are important---we matter. We are closer to Tempe Dodge but the service and atmosphere is just not the same. They could care lessif we were there or not. More
The original service writer was very polite, friendly and accomodating. I can't tell you if the person who worked on the vehicle did a good job or not. That remains to be seen. It was working extremely good before I brought it in so time will tell if it still works good. The last time I had a vehicle that needed a recall, that vehicle also worked very good beforehand. Afterwards I had nothing but trouble and no matter what dealership I brought the vehicle into, no one could duplicate the problem. Initially it was not Chapman who serviced that particular recall. I'm hoping the vehicle will run as well as it did before the recall. If not, I will be back. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience. More
I have dealt with the dealership twice and both have been pleasureable experiences. This dealership honors my warranty issues and so there is no out of pocket cost to me, but I am treated with respect as if pleasureable experiences. Rick took the time to show me the corroded parts and also to call and let me know the shuttle was on the way! I appreciated the extra distance! I took in my '08 Jeep Grand Cherokee, still under the full warranty, primarily because of clunking when put into gear. The diagnosis was a failed front differential mount. My service rep, Rick Wisely, called me because the mechanic told him the lift kit I installed would require extra parts and labor for the repair procedure, that would not be covered under the warranty. I am a very competent mechanic, (I worked for another valley dealership for a couple of years), so I questioned Rick on the exact nature of the trouble. Rick kindly got the details and called me back promptly. Being intimately familiar with the design of the front suspension and axles on my vehicle, I found the mechanic's reasoning very suspect. However, I offered a simple solution requiring the removal of one bolt that would completely negate any difficulties the lift might pose. I was pleasantly surprised that my next call from Rick was to say the Jeep was fixed and ready to go, all under warranty. Rick was extremely courteous and professional in passing along my opinion to the mechanic and seeing that the issue was resolved. So while I’m not thrilled about having to debate the matter, I am completely satisfied in the end result. More
Although I had a tough time finding the place, I was very well taken care of. I asked for an estimate and knew that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix the rear window motor...
