Selling experience was pleasant enough, although sales personnel felt it necessary to mention how attractive one of the finance ladies was and women in Arizona in general. I'm sure it was just idle chit-chat to fill the awkward silences that are involved with test-driving a car and filling out paperwork, but I didn't feel like it was very professional or pertinent to an auto sale. Besides that, the experience was great. Car drove well, and John let me have the freedom to drive it around Scottsdale, and didn't instruct me when to turn back around. I am satisfied with my purchase, and would probably go back (I went through the Costco pricing program). The oil-change price you get if you return to the dealership for service sounded amazing ($10 anytime you return to the dealer for hyundai.. crazy eh?) John also called after my purchase to check and see if I had any questions and ensure I was satisfied with the vehicle. He was also able to email me the address of Hyundai finance company on a sunday (Very appreciated) so that I could add the vehicle to my auto insurance properly. More

David and Dana did a GREAT job for me. Dana could not get the scope to show what the problem was, so he had me drive the truck down the freeway while he sat in the passenger seat with his diagnostic scop get the scope to show what the problem was, so he had me drive the truck down the freeway while he sat in the passenger seat with his diagnostic scope. I told him what the symptoms were and he said he had an idea what the problem probably was. It turned out to be a fouled sensor that regulates the flow of diesel fuel to the injectors. He removed the sensor, brought it into the waiting room to show me, and then wiped the end of the sensor clean. He reinstalled the sensor, and the problem is solved. I am sure other dealerships would have taken the opportunity to soak me a big bill for new sensors, etc. Dana was GREAT. I always go through David Flores, and he has always treated me fairly and with respect. You guys are doing a good job there. John Kramer More
