That's start off with I brought my 14 jeep grand Cherokee in on September 1st for suspension issues all of which was covered under my warranty. I also got a wheel balance and tire rotation and alignment whic in on September 1st for suspension issues all of which was covered under my warranty. They told me it would be 3 days and the next day it was done so they said later that day I noticed a pound noise coming from the rear end and as I inspected it there were bolts missing from my rear sway bar and all the bolts holding it up were loos and finger tight and alignment wasn't done. I brought it back so I could inspect it on the lift, as I was doing that the piece of trash service manager MIKE ELLIS began arguing with me that his best guy worked on this I was mad and said he sucked at his job then, that's when he began to laugh at me repeat laugh at me. Then we go to his office I demand a refund he bluntly said you're not getting one. I said excuse me you didn't complete your end I want my money, then laughed at me AGAIN, this is when I got stupid the idiot thought I wanted a full refund of the warranty work which I cant get and that would be fraud he didn't even bother looking at my ticket at all, then started to accuse me of loosening the bolts myself I called him a few choice words and walked out.. I would never go to this xxxxhouse of a dealership for any reason, I've bought 3 vehicles there over the past 15 yrs and I will never return. Plus side tempe dodge took care of me no charge on the alignment and welcomed me to their establishment and apologized for Chapman's bad behavior which they didn't have to do. MIKE Ellis needs to be fired. I cant give a zero but that's what they're are worth a 0 More

They came back a few minutes later. My wife liked it so I asked what the next step would be and he stated to come on inside and we could start on paper work. So I reluctantly agreed and asked can we just do it online since I have my kids here? He stated you could but it could take a few days and this Jeep might be gone already so... While I'm inside talking to Peter about lease options another salesman came up and asked if they could have the keys for the Jeep, He stated he has a customer who wants to drive it. He handed them the keys and right out to the Jeep they went... Jump in fired it up and went for a spin (without even attempting to clean it)... Then when I decided the numbers they were trying to give me (way higher than Jeep National Pricing) I decided it was time for me to leave. I got up and headed out to my car and I hear my name being called out... I proceeded to open my car and there is (I am assuming Scott the Sales Manager Chasing me out the door. I told him I've seen all I need to see and when I looked at him (right behind me) His mask was not covering his nose and he was clearly upset. I told him to get back from me! He refused! I then told louder get back away from me! Your mask isn't even covering your face! I have my whole family inside my car! Get back or I will call the Police! He stated go Ahead! Then he finally retreated back inside the building!!! More

When I got their they had my wife, baby, and me wait around for an hour (during a health pandemic) before they reneged on their price. My salesperson, his direct supervisor, and the GSM all talked to me on the phone about the deal before we came in. Not one of them thought the deal (their deal) didn't work for them until we arrived. ABSOLUTE WORST!!! More

These include replacing a tire, the dashboard, entertainment unit and a piece of molding on the roof.
