very unhappy with the way chapman does business. lies and deceit. they had their little mail in flyer with prizes clearly marked on them. i read the entire flyer and even called the dealer to confirm that th deceit. they had their little mail in flyer with prizes clearly marked on them. i read the entire flyer and even called the dealer to confirm that the prize was real. when i arrived they informed me that the $1000 dollar prize i won was not how it worked. the salesman then told me that the flyer explained this. again i read the entire flyer and there was no such rule. the flyer gives you a chance o spin a slot machine on their computer for a prize. which is no doubt alway going to be a $50 service voucher. they wasted my time, they wasted my gas, but worst of all the deceived me with lies. if this is how they do business i will keep my business at Larry Miller Chrysler jeep More

Don't bother calling first to set up a test drive, they will sell the car from under you for a faster sale! My husband and I went to go purchase a used Jeep on the lot that I saw online. I first, contact will sell the car from under you for a faster sale! My husband and I went to go purchase a used Jeep on the lot that I saw online. I first, contacted the dealership, made sure it was available, told them we were a cash buyer and on our way to test drive. The salesman gave us some info on it and told me they would give it a rinse and it would be waiting when we got there. 25 minutes later I received a text message from a salesman, Mike H. they sold the car to someone else when we were 10 minutes away. When I asked 'what? How does this happen?', he gave an excuse, when he should have at least called me personally and apologize. What they should have done was hold the car since we were going out of our way to drive down just for that car and we had done our due diligence, confirmed it was available and confirmed we were on our way cash in hand. I mean when they tell you, yes it is here and it can be yours, that's what you expect; not have it sold from under you in 25 minutes, and not a passive aggressive text saying we can't stop someone from buying it but, we have another one that is more money available; which sounded like a bait and switch to us. Well, they lost a customer, I will be sharing my experience and never buy from them. More
Not Covid 19 safe! No attempt to Clean Vehicle Between Drive Came in to view a new Jeep Wrangler. Peter came out to greet us. We asked about a test drive and he stated no problem I have the keys right here. I Came in to view a new Jeep Wrangler. Peter came out to greet us. We asked about a test drive and he stated no problem I have the keys right here. I just got back from a test drive with another customer. So He got in with my wife and kids to go for a quick drive. They came back a few minutes later. My wife liked it so I asked what the next step would be and he stated to come on inside and we could start on paper work. So I reluctantly agreed and asked can we just do it online since I have my kids here? He stated you could but it could take a few days and this Jeep might be gone already so... While I'm inside talking to Peter about lease options another salesman came up and asked if they could have the keys for the Jeep, He stated he has a customer who wants to drive it. He handed them the keys and right out to the Jeep they went... Jump in fired it up and went for a spin (without even attempting to clean it)... Then when I decided the numbers they were trying to give me (way higher than Jeep National Pricing) I decided it was time for me to leave. I got up and headed out to my car and I hear my name being called out... I proceeded to open my car and there is (I am assuming Scott the Sales Manager Chasing me out the door. I told him I've seen all I need to see and when I looked at him (right behind me) His mask was not covering his nose and he was clearly upset. I told him to get back from me! He refused! I then told louder get back away from me! Your mask isn't even covering your face! I have my whole family inside my car! Get back or I will call the Police! He stated go Ahead! Then he finally retreated back inside the building!!! More
Another deal Chapman reneges on? Don't trust their word. This dealership sold the vehicle I had agreed to the price and was on my way back in to buy after been working with Peter (sales I think) for most of This dealership sold the vehicle I had agreed to the price and was on my way back in to buy after been working with Peter (sales I think) for most of the day. What kind of Salesperson doesn’t contact a customer to inform them they are selling the car we had agreed to and had a set time for me to come back in the dealership (again, same day)? This is all within a couple of hours. I was in constant communication until we had set time for me to come in to meet the sales manager to finish the deal. How does a company not contact me and allow an opportunity to buy a vehicle that was already agreed to by both parties? Then no one contacts me to inform me to not come in as they sold the vehicle. I walked in watching someone else sign papers to right in front of me. Peter, the sales guy I cant find under the employee's list was acting like was no big deal with a "sorry". He allowed me to drive all the way back to be turned away. How does any dealership allow that kind of sales or customer service to take place? Why would you put a customer in a position like that after reneging on a deal? What values does your company truly stand behind? I hope it was worth the extra money to conduct your business in this manner. More

He did a great job showing us the many features of the truck and how to operate them. The finance person, Nick, was 100% truthful when he said his office was a happy zone. We love our new truck and wouldn't hesitate to return to this dealership. More
This was my first service here at Chapman and it was amazing. There is nothing I like more than a person who is straight forward when they talk to you. I don’t want a line, I want the facts and that is amazing. There is nothing I like more than a person who is straight forward when they talk to you. We negotiated price for three days, and I was the one that conceded to their price. Once I agreed we set up a time to for me to come pay and leave. When I got their they had my wife, baby, and me wait around for an hour (during a health pandemic) before they reneged on their price. My salesperson, his direct supervisor, and the GSM all talked to me on the phone about the deal before we came in. Not one of them thought the deal (their deal) didn't work for them until we arrived. ABSOLUTE WORST!!! More

Their 140 point inspection of the vehicle identified several issues that I would not have found and they addressed them for me. These include replacing a tire, the dashboard, entertainment unit and a piece of molding on the roof. Kallyn was a pleasure to work with, her follow up was always timely and Wyatt and Anthony came through with the promised repairs. Thank you Gary More
