Rick is my usual service person and does a great job. With the new setup I was handed off to the oil change lane. She (forgot name) asked what type of oil to use. I don't know this type of information, Rick does it for me. The brakes are squeaking and I asked to them looked at (2010 Challenger, 5300 miles). I go the the car and she informed that the brakes were fine and the squeaking was from dust and brake dust. She told me to take a hose and wash them out the next time I washed the car. I take my cars to Chapman to have them repaired my you, not tell me how to fix it myself. The brakes are still squeaking and will require a return trip to Rick to take care. I expect better service in the future and have issues repaired that arise. I was a former customer of Ed Moses and bought my Challenger at Chapman looking for better service. That has not occurred to date. More

I have worked with David Flores for 12 years and through the ownership of 3 Chrysler products. The first one being a truck I purchased new from Chapman Dodge which is how I met David. We got off to a rocky start following our purchase. New car delivery was terrible and the vehicle was not in good condition.
