The only error made was that after the vehicle came out of the car wash the mechanic forgot to re-install my attenna. Otherwise I highly reccomend Chapman. I bought a 2007 Dodge Diesel truck at Chapman Dodge in August of 2007. I am very happy with the truck, and am completely sold on your fine service department - the entire crew are great. Dave Flores is the best you have there. Would consider going elsewhere for service if it wasn't for him. He's 5*'s all the way. What I didn't like was the fact that a service meeting was held at noon going elsewhere for service if it wasn't for him. He's 5*'s all the way. What I didn't like was the fact that a service meeting was held at noon which delayed me an hour. May want to consider scheduling these meetings early mornings before customers are there waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. Thanks, Ron Coscia More
"Safety" warranty work identified during a routine oil change was reported and scheduled by Dave Flores...a rental car was provided for the duration of this work. Not knowing what time Service opened, I called at 6:45 am on a Monday morning. I told the friendly guy who answered that my 2006 Pacifica has a tapping noise in the engine and a headlight is out, can I bring on a Monday morning. I told the friendly guy who answered that my 2006 Pacifica has a tapping noise in the engine and a headlight is out, can I bring it in? He says sure, we open at 7! I get there about 8, am promptly told it sounds like lifters and, if so, it's covered under my Certified Used Car Warranty. Within 15 minutes, the courtesy car takes me to work. By 10 a.m., I get the call confirming it is rockers, they will all be replaced and I need only pay my deductible. I am offered other "menu" services of brake, power steering and cooling system flushes. We've had the car 5 years, so after a quick call to my husband, I approve the cooling system flush only (due to the extreme heat of Phoenix, AZ) without any flack for passing on the others for now. By 2:30, I'm told the car is ready, within 15 minutes the courtesy car picks me up. It's maybe 5 minutes with the efficient cashier, a friendly chat with my Service Advisor Dave Calwell, and I'm in my freshly washed car that now runs like a champ again. Could this possibly go any better....and on a Monday no less???? I think not! We've had basic services here before, by appointment, that did not go as smoothly (but did not go badly). I was beyond impressed this time, I was in awe. It was the ideal, perfect, unplanned service experience! I highly recommend that you give this outstanding Service department a try. More
Out of three different bids on the internet, Chapman was able to beat out their competition. Mack was exceptional in his dealings with us. He's very outgoing, friendly, and attentive to our needs.
