The two people I initially dealt with were knowledgeable, friendly and very pleasant. I came in knowing what I wanted. We have been customers of Chapman for many years. We have a great rapport with David. If I have any complaints at all, it is with the quality of the vehicle. Too many plastic parts that break and cause have a great rapport with David. If I have any complaints at all, it is with the quality of the vehicle. Too many plastic parts that break and cause ME out of pocket expenses, when a little bit of care in the design whould have made a more satisfied customer. A rear hatch that may or may not stay up when it gets cold. A loud grinding whine in the rear of the vehicle having to do with the brakes and cannot be corrected. I may never buy another new vehicle but if I do, rest assured it will NOT be a Dodge. (and this is my second Dodge Caravan.) David knows all of these issues and deals with it the best he can but he did not design this vehicle so he is really limited. Sincerely Eleanor Brierley More
