Rick is always very friendly and helpful. If he doesn't know an answer he will get that answer quickly. All the work was performed exactly as i outlined. The price was great,but the wait time was long. First in line at your so called "express oil change"and still had to wait 2 hours for an "express oil change"i thought was a bit long. My experience has only been with the professional service department and it has always been a pleasant experience with helpful supervisors over the years. I like the fact that all my records/warranty inform department and it has always been a pleasant experience with helpful supervisors over the years. I like the fact that all my records/warranty information is in one place. I have found David Flores particularly friendly, helpful and ready to find solutions. I recently invested in an extended warranty (AAA) and he has been helpful in working with them even when it looked like there was a problem. The problem was solved, every one stayed cool, and the work got done. It is great peace of mind. I love my Dodge Caravan and intend to get many more miles of useful service out of it. More
My car broke down on a tues. and because they lost my $1800 warenty it had to sit at my jobsite untill fri. It was a mess and took way to long to figure out. Tina responded to my e-mail promptly and scheduled my visit. When I arrived, she "managed up" her staff and both she and Rick were terrific. The work was done on time. Good value using service coupons for routine oil changes and other service. Helpful staff make an effort to accomodate my schedule. Overall a good experience and would recommend for service. Generally don't have a strong favorable reaction to sales people, but then I will not deal with most dealer sales staff anywhere (I work exclusively with fleet/internet team whenever I buy a car).
