My experience has only been with the professional service department and it has always been a pleasant experience with helpful supervisors over the years. I like the fact that all my records/warranty information is in one place. I have found David Flores particularly friendly, helpful and ready to find solutions. I recently invested in an extended warranty (AAA) and he has been helpful in working with them even when it looked like there was a problem. The problem was solved, every one stayed cool, and the work got done. It is great peace of mind. I love my Dodge Caravan and intend to get many more miles of useful service out of it. More

We had a Problem with ALL the lights on our 04 RAM 1500, and Duane got us in to the service dept and with in 24 hours it was diagnosed and repaired with a new electronic control module.
