I have had an '05 Durango, which held up through 5 kids and several road trips, and my wife had an '08 Honda CRV, which survived long commutes to and from her job. I had a great past experience with Chapman and we looked there first, and with a great selection and pricing the choice was easy. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and had great patients when it came to test driving six different cars! The management gave us a great deal and some extra off for buying a '14 Ram 1500 and a '14 Challenger. Would highly recommend to see them first! More
They sell cars with accident history, check AUTO Check repor I have to give this rating. When you buy a vehicle at this location, don't go with CAR FAX report shared by this dealer. I brought used Chrysler Town and Country from this dealer and they persuaded me to buy this vehicle some how by agreeing to my terms. Later next day, i got a call from my credit union saying the vehicle I brought has an accident history with in AUTO CHECK. I went back to the dealer and it was a great hassle which you can't expect. I ended up buying a new vehicle on dealer teams paying way beyond actual price of the car. i do not know whether this is a trick from this dealer. Do not do your business with this dealer especially don;t go with Sales Man Frank and Dodge Manager GILBERT. More

Yesterday, we decided to buy a new Wrangler. We did all of our research on the internet and we knew what we wanted. We identified four vehicles at various dealers then began the process of calling each for of our research on the internet and we knew what we wanted. We identified four vehicles at various dealers then began the process of calling each for a quote. We started with Chapman. We were very up front about what we were doing, and stated that we were going to buy a vehicle from someone today and that this was their opportunity to give us their best shot on a vehicle we liked. They gathered the powers to be, did their calculations, and called us back within 5 minutes. I do believe that they gave us their best deal. we were happy, drove to the dealership, made the purchase and was done in about an hour. This was by far the most pleasurable dealership transaction we have EVER gone through, very low key and no one was pushy or trying to sell us a bunch of garbage we did not want or need. I'm sure they made a profit as they should, that's what they are in business to do, but having said that, we felt that our quote was extremely fair. To us, it was a win win situation. We highly recommend Chapman as a dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with them. More

He went over the vehicle for a few minutes before the finance department was ready for my mom and me to sign our paperwork. After the quick work in finance, Pat finished showing me my new car and helped move all my stuff over to the new car. He made the buying experience quick, easy, and as painless as possible!
