Unfortunately, as you discussed with the Service Manager yesterday, Chrysler had an unexpected problem with the computer system needed to perform the recall. As for the time it took as you are well aware, our service advisor had a heart attack on the service drive the day of your visit, and that definitely did slow down our processes.
