WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE ENCOUNTERED as you can see I have given your service a rating of one star, this was by default as it doesn't deserve one on arrival at 07h30 to have my Jeep as you can see I have given your service a rating of one star, this was by default as it doesn't deserve one on arrival at 07h30 to have my Jeep Wrangler serviced I had to wait some time to be welcomed the welcoming was very depressing, the service consultant was miserable and was definitely only working to get a pay cheque he took my details as part of the routine I then asked if the service technician could check and let me know why the engine light was permanently on I was immediately told that it would cost me $125 to have this checked which got my back up as I expected this electronic assessment to be included in the service I could then decide to have the vehicle repaired or not fortunately another service consultant was on hand who helped me some months ago by doing a quick electronic assessment at no charge he explained the cause of the engine light being on and confirmed that it was not a serious problem i was then told the service would take an hour and a bit I was also asked if I wanted the vehicle washed, really - isn't that part of providing excellent service one hour and twenty minutes later I was back to collect my car no one attended to me while I waited over two hours for the vehicle, this for an oil change and wheel rotation I was totally ignored during my wait and had to enquire with the service consultant continually to establish why it was taking so long 'it was coming off the ramp' for a long time I eventually got the vehicle, paid and left, never to return this kind of service is not what you expect in the USA, no sense of urgency to satisfy the client you might not think anything of this but bigger firms have fallen because of bad service your sales team has also lost a sale as I will be needing a new vehicle one of the days as they say in the classics 'you are only as good as your weakest link' More
Never Buy a Vehicle from Chapman The vehicle is ok, just not what we thought we were buying. And the sales man chose to let us think wrongly. Never use Chapman. The gas mileage is no where near what Jeep says it should be. One of other big things to me is that Chapman puts cheap cruddy low cost smells in the cars. We are still working to get that awful smell out of the car. May have to have it treated somehow to remove it. More
