Dear Jason, I am sorry to see you are still not happy with your vehicle. However, I can assume you are not having any further concerns with the suspension leak or we would have seen the vehicle back. As previously stated the vehicle is designed to have a small adjustment in the air suspension from a resting position to once it has been started. I am sorry you never noticed that feature on your vehicle prior but I assure you it is absolutely operating as it was designed and requires no further adjustments. We understood you were not happy with this explanation which is why we recommended you get another opinion from another dealer. In response to the items you state we lied about, I did explain to you there was confusion with the fact the part was on order as there are two parts with same/similar description again, I greatly apologize for that confusion. The suspension is not fixed. While driving I hear it "adjusting" (makes a short hiss noise) frequently. My passengers have asked what the noise is as well.

I am working with Chrysler to get another dealer to review it without having to pay a diagnostic fee. Hopeful that another dealer will take more time to ensure repairs are made the 1st time. No customer likes to return over and over for repairs. I have better things to do with my time. I assume most customers feel the same way.
