Further, Mr. Johnson gave me a checklist of items that needed regular servicing, as it has 47,000 miles on it. The list also included costs for each item, which was appreciated. I cannot even write out all the outstanding accomplishments I received from being a customer of Heathers. Heather teamed up with Steve who is the shop foreman and working together they were able to make me the most satisfied customer. My repair was a complete nightmare; and not once during my frustration did they ever reciprocate these two only had positive words to keep me encouraged that they would get my repair completed and warranty their work.
