Leslie Horne Awesome!!! I inquired about a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler online. I was contacted by Leslie in a reasonable time frame. I told Leslie what my wife were looking for and what price range I needed to be at. Leslie exceeded my expectations! There was no game playing whatsoever. The first offer they came back with was exactly where I needed to be. Two other local dealerships were not willing to price their vehicle the same as Chapman! Leslie and Chapman Jeep want to earn business and they are straight forward about what they can and can't do. The finance dept was awesome as well....no high pressure sales to get you to buy more stuff to add to your loan. No pressure sales staff, great service department I have taken my Jeep Wrangler in for service twice at this dealership and the service was excellent. The staff had to deal with an extended warranty I have taken my Jeep Wrangler in for service twice at this dealership and the service was excellent. The staff had to deal with an extended warranty that i had on my Jeep since 2012 and were well versed with the process in which to deal with the insurance people, made for a painless repair job that would have cost me $2700 not covered. Yesterday 02/23/2017, I bought a used 2015 Wrangler from this dealership and the process was painless. The salesman Jordan Stevens and sales manager Scott Ogdiemade the whole process very easy. There was no pressure to buy, they worked with me trying to find a way to get the Jeep I wanted. If they could not find the Jeep style that I was looking for Scott was offering to send a stock Wrangler off to a business he deals with all the time and have them upgrade with a lift, tires, wheels ect to get it the way I wanted the vehicle to look. Above and beyond the call of duty for this staff!! I will be bringing my Jeep to this location for service and I will buy from these folks in the future! Thanks to everyone there at Chapman!! More
