Best and fastest car buying experience to date! My wife and I were really happy with Leslie's service. She was not at all what you expect from a car dealer. Went in for 1 car and came out with 2 My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle for him and trade in his old one. We were able to make a deal on 1 vehicle, however, wasn't part of the initial trade in. Just a deal we couldn't pass up. Nick and Leslie worked on finding us another deal we could go with for my husband and his trade in and with lots of back and forth we finally got the deal we needed. Mind blowing! Listen people I've bought a few cars in my time and always kinda dreaded it because of all the bs and finagling. I was blown away with the service I received at Chapman Dodge. My salesperson Leslie the car girl Horne was awesome! My deal was not your ordinary simple deal. There were so many problems with my deal due to my prior vehicle purchase that I just wanted to get up and walk out because the prior dealership not Chapman by the way screwed me over bad. But Leslie said it's all right don't worry I'm not letting you leave here without that truck. Then more hang ups OMG I was so stressed. To make a long story short. Leslie drove her own vehicle from Glendale to my place in East Mesa on her day off I might add and took me to dealership and put me in my truck just like she said she would. So yeah I won't buy another vehicle anywhere else other than Chapman. More

Service Heather is great. She is the only service advisor I will deal with. She is always friendly and knowledge able about my vehicles when I come in, and Heather is great. She is always friendly and knowledge able about my vehicles when I come in, and if there is a problem she lets me know, in a professional manner, doesn't talk down to you when you have a question and you don't know much about vehicles, doesn't tell you things are wrong on your vehicle when they are fine to get you to spend more money because you don't know the difference. I have dealt with a few other advisors in there and I will not come back unless she is there I will not deal with any of the others I did on my last visit and it was a nightmare. More
