Horrible customer service with new car issue I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler a few weeks ago and had a severe transmission problem just hours after driving away. As I did not want to drive furthe I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler a few weeks ago and had a severe transmission problem just hours after driving away. As I did not want to drive further with the problem, I took it over to Airpark to have a look at it. Through the whole experience, Chapman was absolutely impossible to work with. They would not help get the vehicle down to their dealership until a couple days had gone by and Airpark was already working on it. Further more, their response to the fact that I had a severe transmission problem a few hours after purchasing a brand new vehicle from them was appalling. The response I got from the sales manager was "Well, it's not my fault", "Call Chrylser, it's their problem." No help, no follow up, nothing. Absolutely unacceptable. Once you sign that paperwork, don't expect any help if something goes wrong. More

New wheels installed I ordered new wheels for my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. They gave me a discount from Mopar and installed them. Horrible experience. Ignored Had check engine light and needed it looked at. Was waiting for service person in heat for quite a while even though someone came in after me and got Had check engine light and needed it looked at. Was waiting for service person in heat for quite a while even though someone came in after me and got immediate service Was told it would take 2 hours. We agreed if longer that I would be told. After 2 1/2 hours and no one checking in with me I go outside to see my vehicle washed and ready. Had to stand out in heat for rep to do anything about it Horrible experience. 3 hours ignored until I stood outside to be noticed. Worst service I have ever had Was going to buy a vehicle from this dealership next time as they are closer but I am not happy with service. Was told they couldn't find anything wrong with it that the gas cap might have been loose. I have a problem with that because this model doesn't have a gas cap. Just wasted 3 hours Pam Puckett. He found me the truck I was looking for, explained all the features and showed me how to use them. He even drove my car home for me so I could drive my truck home with no need to make arrangements for help getting both vehicles home. For anyone who does not know you can also get a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty on any Chrysler product. I love my truck and this feature is fabulous. Got a cryptic call from corporate last Monday at 7 am leaving a message on my voice mail with a number to call. Called the number 3 times & each time they take my number & say someone will get back to me & NO ONE calls back! Poor customer service! Salesman I was dealing with is Randy. I am considering purchasing something else if I do not receive my car soon! My daughter said she heard that there had been a safety recall of the Pacifica. I feel I have not been kept in the loop!
