Called my service advisor on Mon. The 12th to make an appointment to get some light pods put on my truck he never returned my call. I call back on the 13th and talk to someone else and got the appointm appointment to get some light pods put on my truck he never returned my call. I call back on the 13th and talk to someone else and got the appointment all set for Thursday. The 15th at 2:30pm. When I got there on Thur. I talk to the person who was going to install the lights and he told me that no one ever told him that I had an appointment And he would get to it. I wasted two hours and gas and my truck never got worked on. So I had to make another appointment for the 21st which means I will need to drive another 30 min. And waste more gas for something that should have been done on Thur. More
They will agree to do things to get you to agree to sign the paperwork then they do not do all the things they said they would do. Liars Also after the sale is made they do not return calls as if you don’t the paperwork then they do not do all the things they said they would do. I'd put zero stars if I could. I started coming to this Jeep dealership after my experience at another was not so good as well. Looks like having terrible customer service is the same across the board for Jeep dealership after my experience at another was not so good as well. Looks like having terrible customer service is the same across the board for all of them. My car needed this new part that was causing it to make a grinding noise when I drove. First off they said they were ordering the part and it would be in, in about 5 days. A month went by and I had tried at least four times to contact them wondering where it was to which I always got the same answer "We'll give them your number and someone will contact you"...... Well nobody ever did after a month of calling I finally got ahold of someone just to find out they never even ordered the part to begin with. After finally ordering the part I was able to take it in to get fixed. Well..... after driving off the lot I come to find out my car is still making the noise. However, now the noise is ten times louder then before AND they didn't do an alignment after fixing the part. Now my steering wheel is side ways when I'm driving straight (Which is not how I left it to begin with). So not only did they take a month to get the part, they didn't fix the problem, I'm now driving with a sideways steering wheel AND I spent all this money just to have more problems. I tried to contact someone at least 10 times now and again I get the same crap answer "We'll give them your number and someone will contact you" blah blah blah and nobody ever calls me back. This is ridiculous!! I'm so pissed off, but especially disappointed in Ruth my service advisor and Harry the Service Manager. They have seriously dropped the ball and I feel robbed of my money just to now have more issues with my car. This place doesn't care about its customers all they care about is making money. Then running away and not answering your calls so they don't have to deal with you. More
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with our Sales rep Brandon and our Financial rep. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase. Sales rep Brandon and our Financial rep. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase. More
If I could give two stars, I would. In a nutshell, this dealerships service department is a total joke. Sure, if it is a routine job such as oil change or tire rotation, they can handle that, however, for dealerships service department is a total joke. Sure, if it is a routine job such as oil change or tire rotation, they can handle that, however, for any issues where their scan tools don't give them a trouble code, their techs are totally incompetent and completely incapable of diagnosing any mechanical issues..... So, let's get into it here... A few months back, I took my SRT Grand Cherokee to Ruth to take care of an all wheel drive issue that had a recent TSB released to correct the intermittent AWD on the jeep. Since the moment I drove off the lot, there was a big issue they caused in the drive train - a bad clunking like something in the AWD system was binding. So, I called Ruth Frisch to get back in there, no answer, no call back. So, I try again, same outcome. Then again and again and again, she never once got back to me. Life got busy, so a few months pass. I FINALLY get through to her and set an appointment to get in. Drop the jeep and go on my way. That's when the train came off the track. Ruth called to inform me that there was no trouble code and that the "techs" didn't know what to do... Um, well ya, it's a mechanical problem, not electrical therefore, the "techs" would have to do some actual mechanic work and you know, turn a wrench or two.. Well, they didn't, kept the car through the weekend, and then called me on Monday to tell me that I needed to pay 500$ to change the differential fluids before they can diagnose further..... Um, wait, I need to pay you to diagnose a problem that YOU created? Um, ya, sure.... Not sure in what clown world that would fly but here we are. Ruth goes on to tell me that there was no sign of damage to the differentials, to which I replied "well, did you open them up and look inside?".. Ruth's response.... Wait for it.... Was NO.. Okay, so, how could they have inspected anything and definitively rule that out? Short answer; They can't. Nothing but excuses to get out of doing their job. Sad that these so called "mechanics" are so technically inept that unless their little computer tells them the problem, that they are totally incapable of further diagnosis. Add to that, Chapman's avoidance of correcting issues they they caused is absolutely abhorrent. Ruth is totally in over her head and has no business working in a service drive. Further, their "technicians" possess no actual mechanical skill. Nothing more than parts and oil changers. So, I still have the issue that they caused and now have to take it to a real mechanic to correct Chapman's issue. Care about getting something truly fixed? Don't take it here. They will just waste your time and try to rip you off..... Yet another reason why the public hates car dealers. More
The sale process was not bad at all. It was the AFTER buying the vehicle where the problem began. First of all they NEVER pick up the phone when you need something. I tried calling for a week and a half buying the vehicle where the problem began. First of all they NEVER pick up the phone when you need something. I tried calling for a week and a half and send me right to voicemail after the operator transferred me. I’d leave a voicemail and NEVER got a call back. They put the wrong address which messed everything up. With that said, my license plates went to the wrong address without me knowing. My permit expired so I couldn’t use my vehicle. Very bad service after purchasing which made me very upset and not recommend my friends and family to go here because I shouldn’t struggle this much to talk to someone. Think twice before going here unless you live close by and have time to go in person. Thanks to the live chat someone finally contacted me and we are still trying to resolve the issue. More
As a first-time car buyer, I was so relieved with the amazing service. Ashlee was friendly and easy to work with. I didn't feel pressured to buy something I didn't want and walked away with a Wrangler th amazing service. Ashlee was friendly and easy to work with. Nick was also a pleasure to work with, super friendly and straight forward during the financing process. I would highly recommend this dealer. More
We will NEVER buy another car from this dealership after being flat out lied to, sent to the DMV for plates, which we never got because title hadn't even been transferred to us after 90 days of owning the v being flat out lied to, sent to the DMV for plates, which we never got because title hadn't even been transferred to us after 90 days of owning the vehicle, which is totally illegal. Needless to say we called the dealership after visiting the DMV and not until that 90th day did they finally transfer title to our name, which legally should have happened in 45 days or less to avoid penalty! Had we not continued to follow up and contact them, we still wouldn't have title in our name or a license plate. With all the time and hassle and run around we encountered on top of being straight out lied to, no one has contacted us to rectify this situation. Obviously they don't care about their customers! This was the WORST car buying experience ever! More
Great experience with Danny Hoggatt in service! He was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable! I only waited in line about 10 minutes when I arrived and the truck was done in less than two hours. I just had a free inspection done at Chapman Dodge and was expecting them to come back with a list of things that had to be repaired or replaced. They didn't to my surprise. I do the basic repairs mysel was expecting them to come back with a list of things that had to be repaired or replaced. They didn't to my surprise. I do the basic repairs myself and last time I was under the truck I noticed the bushings on the front suspension were looking worn after 170,000 miles. All they came back with was the upper control arm should be replaced, and that is what I suspected as well. Good job guys! One reason I continue to use Chapman is Mr. Wizard, Dan Boardman! More
