Before going to Chapman I spoke on the phone with Steve 'Scuba Steve' Self and had an oral agreement that I would get a free upgrade to the Rallye package if I bought a 2017 Charger SXT but I didn't get the upgrade. The salesperson I dealt with, Leslie Horne, was really amazing and went above and beyond. If anyone decides to go to Chapman they should definitely request Leslie. She will work with you and she isn't pushy. With her you don't have to worry about some joker trying to get you to buy some garbage that you're not interested in like most salespeople. Unfortunately the sales manager is a real tool. I was told I would get $1000 rebate to finance the car otherwise I would have paid cash. The sales manager worked the paperwork so I didn't receive it but the dealership did. I'd like to say those were the only ways I got ripped off but it wasn't. They charged me $500 plus tax for tinted windows when the car doesn't even have tint. Jeffrey Baird, the sales manager, tried telling me the factory secure shield laminated windows were tint that the dealership put on. When I called him on it he treated me like trash, rose his voice, talking down to me and giving me attitude. I really do wonder if he would have talked to me like that if I wasn't disabled. The finance guy talked me into getting the maintenance package and extended warranty. He told me it covered any and all maintenance that the car would need up to 75,000 miles. That's a few thousand dollars down the drain. I received the paperwork for it a few days ago and it only covers one oil change every 10,000 miles up to 70,000 miles. I ended up getting ripped off for over $5000 plus tax and didn't get the Rallye package upgrade I was promised. The only good thing about that dealership was Leslie horne. I wouldn't recommend that dealership but if you do decide to go there look for Leslie she will do everything possible to help you out. I can't say enough good things about her. It just shows how great she is especially by the patience she has dealing with the clown she works for. The star rating I give is do to the stellar job Leslie did and the horrible attitude and practices of the shmuck sales manager Jeffrey Baird so I hope people would take that into consideration and not blame Leslie for the horrible experience I had with her manager. More

Bait and switch. Insulted my profession as a teacher. Horrible. Eric Knox promised me great deal. However I get down there and car is listed higher then advertised. Over 4k in fees.
