Erik Knox and Chapman Jeep...the perfect team I just had to write a note to say thank you to the team at Chapman Jeep in Scottsdale and especially to salesman Erik Knox. Erik was the first person I just had to write a note to say thank you to the team at Chapman Jeep in Scottsdale and especially to salesman Erik Knox. Erik was the first person to contact us from our online TrueCar searches. He was polite, knowledgeable and "no-pressure" on the phone. From the first conversation, we felt at ease and after talking with other salespeople at other dealerships we knew we'd be in good hands with Erik. Admittedly, we were not 100% certain of the exact Jeep that we wanted when arriving at Chapman, but Erik was very patient and walked us through all of the choices, aptly focusing in on the ones that included features of interest. After the first meeting with Erik we decided to go home and really narrow down the Jeep that we wanted. Erik was very patient and again, did not pressure us to buy that very day. I can't tell you how much we appreciated that, as this is not the case with the dealerships and salespeople that we have typically dealt with in the past. When we returned the following day, we had pretty much decided on the Trailhawk. However, one small problem...there was no Trailhawk on the lot that fit our exact needs. But, again, Erik made it happen and arranged a dealer trade so that we could get the car we wanted. This leads me to the finance manager, Julio! He was equally awesome and we can't say enough about the deal we secured on the 2017 Trailhawk. No haggling, just straight talk and honesty. He also worked it out so that when the vehicle was available, Erik was able to drive it to our house in the West Valley for delivery! That is true service.
