He did a great job explaining to me what needed to be repaired and helped me to prioritize what was most important to repair first. He also was patient with me as I asked hard questions about the type of repairs proposed and he calmly answered all my questions. More

He quickly surmised what needed to be done and gave me a correct estimate of the time it would take. He has always taken good care of the Jeep Liberty I have now, as well as the Jeep Cherokee I had before that. Janet Witzemna More
Knowledgable, professional and time sensitive. I contacted Dave Colwell with my service need. He asked several key questions and then asked me to bring in the vehicle the same day. After running I contacted Dave Colwell with my service need. He asked several key questions and then asked me to bring in the vehicle the same day. After running the dynastic test (with he vehicle in the service entry garage) he told me that it could be handled by this afternoon. That was important as we are a one car family and the Jeep was done at the time indicated. Both Dave and the team were Knowledgeable, professional and positive. Extra: while waiting they ran "at no charge" the wheel alinement and tread ware test while my car was still in service entry area. Great experience? More
Leslie is THE BEST Hands down Leslie is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I have been leasing cars for over 6 years and decided it was time to buy my car. I Hands down Leslie is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I have been leasing cars for over 6 years and decided it was time to buy my car. I usually dread (and I mean dread) going to the dealership because I always try to get taken advantage of because I am a young woman. I got really lucky with Leslie. Thank god she answered the phone because she has been the best person I've ever worked with. She is not only very customer oriented and straight to the point, she makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I've recommended her to friends who have bought a new car since and I will continue to refer her. She is the best! More

Be careful if you need a rental car. . . . . . Called last week to schedule service, I was hesitant because some old dude who buys the cars for this dealership screwed me around and lied to me earl Called last week to schedule service, I was hesitant because some old dude who buys the cars for this dealership screwed me around and lied to me earlier in the year, but I figured I would give the Service Dept. a try, it's separate from Sales. So I called, I spoke to Travis, a nice kid for sure, friendly and polite. My 2016 Grand Cherokee was up for its first oil change, and had a recall (software update) on the airbags. Easy enough. I was told when I purchased the vehicle (NOT purchased at Chapman) that my first 4 oil changes are no cost to me, and that a rental vehicle will be provided). So, Travis, confirmed the rental vehicle, I assume he would have made the appropriate arrangements so that the rental vehicle would be ready for me when I got there, at 7 am or there about. I had a 7am appointment on Tuesday (today), "I" was there on time, Travis was there, he handled my car in a timely manner, however is my problem, Travis knew I needed a rental car, and he KNEW Enterprise has a counter in their dealership, he also stated, when I inquired about the rental car "They usually get here between 7 and 7:30am". MY PROBLEM WITH THAT IS....... if you KNOW a customer is bringing in their car AT 7 am, then it would be your due diligence to notify Enterprise that they too must be in by 7:00 to accommodate the customer, NOT make them wait,. So he had to call whoever to find out when the Enterprise person would show up, in 'a few minutes' I was told. At 7:15. well hoe dee doe...it's now 7:40 and here comes the Enterprise girl, leisurely strolling up. To the credit of one of the Service writers, not sure who he was, but he also called, and when she arrived he told her that the dealership Service Dept. opens at 7am and he wants her there at 7:00am, her response " Well, WE open at 7:30!" Are you effin kidding me?? So let's just make the customer sit there and wait, when they KNEW I was coming at 7:00 and they KNEW sometimes they show up between 7-7:30am....wow. Then to add to the fiasco. I was already on a broom at that point, "Amy" the Enterprise chick starts laughing because I am upset, yes, laughing... at me!!! (I already filed a formal complaint about her with Enterprise, hope she is fired!). She gives me a filthy dirty car that had not been cleaned, inside or out and the vehicle had 1/4 tank of gas in it!!!!! Talk about unprofessional!! THEN.....she asks me what type of vehicle am I bringing in for service, how the xxxx is that relevant? I have rented hundreds of cars in my lifetime, not one time as anyone ever asked me what type of personal vehicle do I own, how ridiculous. THEN, she tells me I have to give her my credit card for a $50 deposit.. xxx?? The DEALERSHIP is paying for the rental car, that is THEIR responsibility. This was my cars very first service appointment, and thanks to Enterprise, and "Amy" laughing at me and being unprofessional and rude, it will be my last. Enterprise must FIRE her, I will NOT be going back. To bad too, because Travis is super nice, but I do feel like he is partly to blame, since HE knew I was coming in at 7:00am, it's not like he didn't have ample notice to let Enterprise know, I called him last week, and it's Tuesday, he should have reminded the Enterprise person yesterday, end of day, to be in there by 7:00 or 7:15 at the latest! Got my car back, I instructed them NOT to wash it, it took 5 hours for a software update and an oil change, I don't care it's free, I think I'll be looking elsewhere when it comes time to service my car. No offense to Travis at all, he's a super nice kid and he was extremely polite, just wish he would have confirmed my rental with Enterprise the night before so that "Amy" would have been there on time, instead of making a customer wait 50 minutes, making ME late for work. I guess she must be of the mindset, of what does it matter, they (meaning us who bring our cars in for service) are not paying for the car, so who cares if they have to wait. * smh * Well, now I know, I have Chapman a chance, too bad the Enterprise chick ruined it for them.
