I Bought a car from them online. I was in process of doing a total price money transfer when I was informed of this. I was told the car was no longer available. I asked to speak to to the manager. I spoke to man who would only identify himself as (Willie). (Willie) was uniformed, belligerent and obnoxious. I would steer clear of this operation. More
Saturday, Sept 25, 2021, Worked out agreed upon number for a pre-owned 2018 Challenger RT. 830am , we drove an hour from Goodyear with everything setup to purchase(We were told). Upon arrival, after test drive, once paperwork presented was told the Dealer automatically includes $800.00 dollar "Accessories" package for Nitrigen, Tinting, theft, etc. Price agreed upon now 800.00 higher than agreed upon price. Sales Manager sat down and explained the $800.00 was not "that much" in the scope of a loan over time. He also said they normally send out the paperwork with this information ahead of time, but in this case they didn't. I asked him if he was going to blow up the deal for the amount they "failed" to disclose(their issue/tact), he said "yes." We walked. Unfortunate for both parties, I explained to the Sales Manager I would have agreed to the "bump" if they had presented it prior (up front) when the pricing discussions were being handled(day prior). But as it stood, sliding it in was not professional..this just reaffirms certain Dealers still act like Dinosaurs and will fall victim to the "Carvanas" of the world. More

I had a pleasant experience working with them, I purchased my car online. I was nervous since I have never purchased a vehicle out of state and without looking it through thoroughly and test drivin purchased my car online. process should have been simple, ordered a vehicle, was told updates would be given, received none until the truck was on the lot 35 days early. Had previously explained we would be paying cash for the truck so we needed heads up to move over 100k and depending on how the process went, several more family vehicles would be ordered. After the good news of the truck coming in early, several attempts have been made order the rest of the vehicles but more than 40 days have passed and the wonderful salesman so eager to help cant be found or even return an email because the first transaction was not completed. When attempts were made to have them return our refundable deposit, we are going on day 4 without success, and the second attempt to recapture business, even though they were told we already placed our order elsewhere, still no response from staff even after speaking with sales managers on site. For principle alone, I would rather go pay more at another dealership than in any way reward these people with our business. When we started shopping, this dealership was initially ruled out after spending 30 minutes on site and zero sales staff could be found. normally, a good thing because we all hate being bombarded but when theres zero staff, thats not good either. We were returned to the location by referral from a close friend. I really hate leaving these reviews but in my opinion, a long weekend or family emergency is a reason to not get back to a client. Literally 43 days passed before I gave in and went back in person to get my money back. Sorry guys but you deserve this review. More

Brought my Pacifica hybrid after the check engine light came on while traveling on Forest Service roads. They gave me a Lyft home, at no charge, because they weren’t sure how long it would take. Found some bees in the intake and downloaded latest software- all a part of warranty. My service advisor, Ruth, was excellent (so nice to see a female service advisor. First time buyer from this dealer. In all honesty I searched the Jeep forums for dealers that were looking to make great deals to sell new Jeeps. I got bids from dealers in CA, AZ, ID and VA and Cha searched the Jeep forums for dealers that were looking to make great deals to sell new Jeeps. I got bids from dealers in CA, AZ, ID and VA and Chapman had the BEST deal. They are 15 min from my house so I was pleased. No other dealer in the Phoenix area came close to the deal that Chapman offered me on the Jeep I chose to order. So now I've had my Jeep 5 months and believe it or not I have 16K miles on it. Went in for my 2nd oil change. Got me right in with their express service lane, in and out in less than an hour. GREAT service after the sale and looking at their garage, a state of the art facility. Best dealer experience by far in my nearly 50 years of buying Jeeps ! More
