Dave and the Chapman Jeep crew, including the morning shuttle driver made this type of experience very easy on my day off. It reminded me of curbside service when attending a banquet. They've taken very good care of my needs on a warranty coverage replacement, brake fluid flush, oil change, car wash, and an extra request to remove a decal, at no cost. By the way, this was my first visit at their new facility and I'm impressed with the employees I came across during the morning and latter afternoon to assure I was being helped. I'm happy! More
