I have found my service advisor, Leo to be very good about responding to calls and updating me on the progress of the repairs. Chrysler also has been good about honoring the lifetime bumper to bumper warranty I purchased with the vehicle in 2009. More

Outstanding troubleshooting, reasonable prices, quality work When techs at another Jeep dealer as well as a 5-star independent garage were unable to diagnose disappearing coolant om our 05 Jeep Liberty, Chapman When techs at another Jeep dealer as well as a 5-star independent garage were unable to diagnose disappearing coolant om our 05 Jeep Liberty, Chapman techs found punctures under the radiator caused by bolts with missing cushions. They also found inadequate tranny fluid that was missed by the competition. We run our vehicles for several hundred thousand miles and look forward to continued service at Chapman. Highly recommend Service Advisor Dave Colwell as well as Techs Frank Keefer, Brad Hutchinson and Peter Taormina. More

Excellent experience! I scheduled routine maintenance and an investigation of a faulty Driver Memory Seat function. DAVE COLWELL greeted me in a timely manner, listened I scheduled routine maintenance and an investigation of a faulty Driver Memory Seat function. DAVE COLWELL greeted me in a timely manner, listened to my concerns and watched as I demonstrated my problem. I was very surprised that the memory seat problem was easily fixed by cycling the drivers seat fully forward and fully back as demonstrated by Dave. Apparently carwash personnel jerking the seats around can confuse the system as Dave explained to me. I fully expected that the car would be taken off to some technician and require an expensive part and/or labor to repair the problem. Previous dealerships have done that to me and milked the full coverage extended warranty. I am very impressed and thankful for the HONESTY and INTEGRITY of DAVE COLWELL and Chapman Jeep's service department. The routine oil change process was done in a timely manner and the car was returned to me washed and ready to go with in the time stated for the servicing. I also noted that the audio system was still muted and on the channel I left it on. A minor point, but I did have to return a car once because the worker bees blew the tweeters and the dealership had to have the car for two more days to replace the speakers, not to mention numerous times of getting the car back with the audio system cranked up and on a channel I didn't recognize. Bottom Line: Best service appointment ever! Thank you DAVE COLWELL! More

I scheduled an appointment with the Chapman Jeep Dealership at the Scottsdale Autoplex online - I was notified of a recall on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I scheduled an appointment with the Chapman Jeep Dealership at the Scottsdale Autoplex online - which was super simple. I received confirmation and reminder emails leading up to my service - which was very helpful. This was my first time bringing my car in for service at this dealership and I worked with Dave Colwell. Dave was beyond nice and super helpful. He was quite a character and truly started my morning of right - smiling and laughing. I truly enjoyed chatting with him. He got me in and out very quickly. He put me in a rental and I was able to text him to check on the status of my vehicle. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions and called me when my vehicle was ready. I would highly recommend working with Dave Colwell in the service department! More
