I first got a woman in the service department and she was wonderful. She took time getting all of my information, noted everything I was concerned about, and then made sure I had directions to the dealership. She also informed me on where to pull in when I arrived and told me that someone would greet me when I arrived. I thought that was neat because I never know where to park or enter when doing these kinds of things. When I arrived they were very helpful and informative. I worked with Bill in service. He made the process simple and fast. He also informed that they have a shuttle service that I could take advantage of next time. I will definitely be using this dealership from now on! More
