With my employers vehicle being there for 2 weeks, Dave has been the most courteous, informative, helpful person I have dealt with in a long time. Very refreshing. From keeping the lines of communication open, to making sure the rental was arranged and taken care of, he was amazing. Great customer service My service advisor was William Wardingley. Bill went up and beyond for me and was a pleasure to work with. I originally brought my truck to Earnhardt My service advisor was William Wardingley. Bill went up and beyond for me and was a pleasure to work with. I originally brought my truck to Earnhardt for a warranty repair for two items. They fixed one, but not the other. When I brought the truck back to Earnhardt they wanted to charge me $140 to look at it again even though it was under warranty. I decided to bring it to Chapman instead and Bill was super helpful and knowledgeable and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. Bill took all my concerns into account and made sure to address everything I told him. Got the issue with my truck resolved and couldn’t be happier with the service. Everyone else at the service department were extremely courdious and helpful as well. More
