I had previously taking my vehicle to Airpark (where we purchased the vehicle and is closer to my home) but after having my vehicle there for an entire day, they said they "could not yet determine the cause of the issue" and wanted to keep it for another day. My suspicion is that they never actually even looked at the car. I got my car back and set an appointment at Chapman with Dave Colwell. He kept us updated and the issue was fixed (for less $ than I expected) in under a day. Definitely will take my vehicles there from now on - and look to purchase my next one there as well. More
Thank you Chapman Service Dept. and Bill Wardingley! I came in Friday at 5pm after ‘my’ dealership Larry H. Miller, where I bought my new car, refused to see me for two weeks because they were too busy. I came in Friday at 5pm after ‘my’ dealership Larry H. Miller, where I bought my new car, refused to see me for two weeks because they were too busy. Not only is my Hellcat my daily driver, the issues it was having made it a safety issue to drive home from work, let alone drive around for two weeks. Here I show up Friday at 5pm, a total charity case to Chapman Dodge, and Bill Wardingley took the time to run the diagnostic codes, asked if I minded leaving it overnight since it was 5 pm, took care of the rental car for me, and made sure I was taken care of. Not one excuse that it was a Friday night, I had no appointment, and I didn’t even buy my car there. I don’t care that my free service package is only good at Larry H. Miller. I will forego any free service and pay to get quality service at Chapman. I will also go there to buy all my future Hellcats. Thank you so much for everything. More

His transparency in this process was in stark contrast to the other Dodge dealership I visited, Airpark. I would recommend Michael in a heartbeat to anyone I know interested in a Chrysler product.
