Don't go here unless you want to be scammed! This service dept will treat you like gold, put a band aid fix on the issue until you give them a 5 star review. Then when the "fix" doesn't last pas This service dept will treat you like gold, put a band aid fix on the issue until you give them a 5 star review. Then when the "fix" doesn't last past three weeks, and their technicians aren't able to diagnose the issue, they will just start replacing parts - throwing spaghetti against the wall hoping something will stick. When the problem still exists, you will then be told that there isn't anything else they can do and that you should go elsewhere - but as long as they got your 5 star review, all is well. Beware!! You will love it at first here and think you are their #1 priority customer, but just wait until you need actual work done!! Pathetic. More

We agreed on a vehicle as it came without any dealer addon and it was delivered as is to the dealership. When we were doing the paper work they added and snuck in some dealer addons on the paper contract that we did not agree upon and did not want and charged us. Since we thought they were installed on the vehicle; whatever, no big deal. Come to find out a couple of days after our purchase, none of those dealer addons are on the vehicle. At this point we don't want those addons and the dealership can't help us. Here we are sitting with our money stolen from us. Thanks. What a bunch of thieves. More

Lacks Communication I bought a car from here a month ago, and I've only been able to get through on the phone lines to one employee who does not know who on Earth I am. W I bought a car from here a month ago, and I've only been able to get through on the phone lines to one employee who does not know who on Earth I am. When I received my license plate, the registration that accompanied it was expired as of three months prior. I tried calling to fix all of these problems and every time I was sent to the answering machine because none of the employees seem to answer phone calls. If communication were a priority for this company, then I would absolutely recommend to a friend, but after trying to contact various employees for weeks and getting nothing in return, I would never recommend this business. More

Bill is always willing to go over everything with me be both before and after my Jeep has been serviced. Bill listens to what my concerns are and looks for the best way to meet my needs. He is the reason that I choose to take my Jeep to the dealership. I have been burnt by dealerships before when it comes to maintenance and service and had sworn them off forever, however, I now take my Jeep in to the dealership because Bill has earned and maintained my trust. Excellent Customer Service! My one year old car was in need of repairs for a recall and an oil change. I contacted the closest Dodge dealerships to my address in Queen Creek and Gilbert, trying to schedule an appointment. After weeks of trying by phone calls and emails. I emailed my salesperson from Chapman Dodge. Micheal Hu, responded within minutes. Less than 30 minutes later I had an appointment for the same day. In a time when customer service is inadequate, it's nice to deal with people who still know how important it is to treat customers well. Thank you Michael and Geena. Carlene M. More
Battery Replacement and 30000 mile check up After being left on hold twice for about 10 minutes at Airpark, where we bought the Jeep. I hung up and called Chapman, Scottsdale. Was greeted on t After being left on hold twice for about 10 minutes at Airpark, where we bought the Jeep. I hung up and called Chapman, Scottsdale. Was greeted on the phone very promptly and they said bring it right over. We had to jump start the battery (5 years old) and we took it over. The service advisor was Anthony Lopez. He took down all the info and we went home. He called in a few hours and explained what needed to be replaced and what was marginal. We only have 35000 miles on this Grand Cherokee will keep it a few more years. Anthony even replaced the battery in the key fob. Anthony applied some dealer coupons to the final bill and was so satisfied with the final bill. Thanks to Anthony Lopez and the Service Department for making a pleasant day after a bad start.
